Please remember one thing, don’t beat yourself up, it’s ok not to be ok, some days will be harder than others.

I encourage you to create some new empowering questions instead, like:
· What am I grateful for?
· What do people like about me?
· What am I good at?
It is helpful to have these things written down so you can easily refer to them when negative thoughts creep in.

C. Get plenty of sleep!
